I have some troubles with leg cramps in addition to swelling in my feet and toes because of the intensity of my exercises
Back when I was in my 20s, I could eat just about anything I wanted in addition to still maintain an ideal weight. While I made physical fitness a top priority, I only worked out twenty to thirty minutes per day. I noticed a change after I turned 31. I started to develop some problems with putting on excess weight. I had to be more conscientious about eating healthier foods in addition to smaller amounts. I stopped indulging in fast food in addition to red meat. I increased my daily workouts to forty minutes in addition to focusing more on high-impact aerobics. My early 40s brought about current complications with my weight, problems with digestion in addition to trouble with dehydration. I stopped eating processed foods in addition to all meat in addition to creating a diet of fruits, vegetables in addition to whole grains. I minimized my alcohol intake in addition to starting carrying around a water bottle all day. My exercise sessions expanded into an hour per day. I got more drastic about burning calories, including a good deal of running, cycling in addition to battle rope into my exercise sessions. I am not in my mid fifties in addition to am once again struggling with a puffiness in my belly area. I am rather discouraged. I eat a banana for lunch, a vanilla yogurt for supper in addition to try to be careful about calorie intake for supper. I rarely indulge in any sugary sweets. I workout for a minimum of sixty minutes in addition to constantly pushing myself to elevate my heart rate. I make sure I’m breathing strenuous in addition to being drenched with sweat. I have some troubles with leg cramps in addition to swelling in my feet and toes because of the intensity of my exercises. I can’t seem to compensate for my slow metabolism.
