Bees were attacking the roofers

Old houses have always been something we love to invest in.

This all started when my partner and I had been together for two years.

One time, we went hiking in this new area and came across an abandoned house. We didn’t see anyone for miles there and we thought it looked so lovely all hidden away from the world. After hiking into a nearby town, we spoke with the locals and got to learn it was up for sale. The house and vast tracts of land belonged to this family, and the kids no longer wanted to live there so they put it on the market. We took a leap of faith, bought the place, renovated it, and it sold about three years later. Recently, we purchased our fourth old house and we are in the process of giving it new life. The house is amazing, and has so much colonial architecture. However, it stood unoccupied and neglected for a long time. This is why we first had to have a roofing company replace the aging roof. There was no need to try roof repair since there was nothing to save. Roof replacement was much better so we could have sound protection for the house. We went with a local roofing company and they were eager to start the job. One issue we had was a massive beehive that we didn’t notice when the roofers began their job. All over sudden the roofers were jumping down and scampering to safety because angry bees were attacking. The roofing company stopped all work until we got a bee removal business there to relocate the hive and angry bees.
