So it appears that my renovations to our little locale at the lake has been a massive hit with my family. For sure, the locale was beyond rustic since my pal and I bought years ago. But it was genuinely owned by my uncle plus he sold it to me for a absolutely sweet price. This was a locale that I once spent Summers swimming plus just being a kid. The house itself had toilets plus running water but no heating plus cooling other than a little wood stove. That little wood stove can put out some serious heating for that little locale in the Winter… Periodically, I like to go up to the lake alone in the winter just to sort of get a measure of quiet. And on one trip this past year, I realized that it was time to put some effort into making the locale a bit more appealing to the rest of my immediate plus extended family. For sure, there were replaces to do. I started by asking my buddy, who is an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company, if he’d help me put in a pair of ductless heat pumps in the lake house. I promised him a quiet plus fun weekend with all the beers plus steaks on me… My associate and I genuinely were able to make quick work of installing the ductless heat pumps. I was amazed by the amount of heating they put out that weekend. And now, I’m genuinely enjoying the cooling comfort from the air conditioning. Over the rest of the Spring, I put in wi-fi plus painted plus substituted all the furnishings; Now, I don’t have to ask twice if the youngsters plus my partner want to make it a lake house weekend.
