Tia went to spend a week with her cousin who lives in the Southern part of the country.
She moved to the South about 10 years ago and loved it so much that it has now become her home.
Tia likes to visit the South, but she can’t say that she thinks about it enough to ever want to move down. She appreciates living in the northern part of the country in a giant neighborhood with lots going on. Of course, Tia is single with no adolescents, so giant neighborhood life is simple for her. However, her cousin is married with 3 adolescents and it’s better for her and her family to raise the adolescents in a more family oriented part of the country. Anyway, while visiting her cousin, Tia noticed that she added something to her bedroom. She installed a window air conditioning system unit. You’re really wondering if her household has an HVAC unit, and the answer is yes. She has an HVAC device set up in her household and she also uses a window air conditioning system. Her cabin is a split floor plan, but only has one thermostat for weather conditions control. And she doesn’t feel her room gets cool enough during the warmer months, so the solution was installing a window air conditioning system. Tia has heard of installing a fan that is used in conjunction with the HVAC device to better circulate the air throughout a room. But adding a window air conditioning system inside a room that has a central air conditioning system is a foreign concept to me. Either way, it’s her home and she must do what makes her comfortable.
