When deciding upon my work years ago I knew I wanted to eventually be able to labor for myself.
The idea of answering to someone else as well as working on their schedule just didn’t fit into my personality.

I am not organized enough to maintain a schedule like that. I finally settled on a apartment data entry program where I can labor from my apartment office as well as on my own timeframe. Most of the assignments involve transcribing meeting notes that have been recorded so it is nice to labor in a quiet environment. I also have the ability to keep my space as well as moderate or cool as I like which I would never have in a traditional office setting. The view out my windows is awesome too. My buddy and I put my office at the back of the apartment so I can watch the doves at the feeders as well as see the trees as they flower in the Spring. Sure, these can be a distraction on some afternoons too, however the benefits of the job make it all worth the effort to stay focused. Some afternoons, when it is frigid as well as snowy outside, I close the blinds as well as turn up the heat. I try as well as trick myself into believing that it is moderate as well as sunny instead of frigid as well as dreary. This makes it easier to get through the afternoon as well.
