Molly didn’t just want an air purification system, but she wanted a whole-home air purification system. Molly understood what Joy said, and once again said she was on it. Two weeks later, she said she hadn’t forgotten about the air purification system, and it would be delivered next week. Molly couldn’t know she had purchased a whole-home air purification plan for their home. She was sure it would be safer for their son. Joy was afraid his lungs would be affected because of the awful air quality in their home, and that was why she wanted the air purification system. Days later, the UPS lady was at the door, and Molly asked Joy to sign for the package. It wasn’t a large package, but she said she wanted someone to sign for it. When Molly got home that night, she asked if the air purification system had arrived. Joy couldn’t believe her ears. He purchased a portable air purification system and not a whole-home air purification system.
