Renting an older cabin from a landlord can sporadically be a great thing or a bad thing.
It’s great in the sense that when it comes to fixing things around the cabin I don’t have to do them.
I can just call my landlord to have him service any necessary items in the house. However most of the time when I do call him it takes him forever just to get repairing.
