For the past several months I have been hearing endlessly about my co-workers amazing house. I have not been able to see it because she lives on the opposite side of the city, however I have consistently been curious about what was so incredible with this rental house. Well, last weekend I went as well as saw it for myself. I have to say, everyone was right. All of the hype was perfectly appropriate for this awesome little dwelling on the south side of the city, but from the moment my wonderful friend and I arrived, it was evident that it was a actually cool piece of property. I would be lying if I told you that I attended the entire dwelling tour with everyone else. As they walked around ooing as well as awwing, I found my way straight over to the heating cabinet. I needed to see what kind of forced air boiler they were utilizing in this space. When I opened it, I was shocked to see that it wasn’t a traditional forced air boiler at all. Of course, they had amazing radiant radiant heated floors installed throughout the house. Utilizing the separate radiant heated flooring systems, they had his own controlled heater. That explained why it felt so comfortable no matter what room you were sitting in. By the time the tour group returned back downstairs, I had fully investigated their heater.
