I am finding it tougher to stay awake this week, as this freezing weather or whatever I have is sapping all of my vitality.
I suppose that my body is trying to ward off something though, so I need to supply it with all the rest it needs and let it do its job and make me healthy again. I haven’t had anything at all in several years, since taking my freezing water plunge in the sea, however with the increasing temps and the pollen levels getting crazy high, my body is having a tough time staying strong. I have a whole beachside house air purifying unit that keeps the air quality easily good in my flat, however when I step outside I am bombarded by pollen and dust with the winds that my good friend Ed and I have been getting around here. I will try to stay in the flat and keep my HEPA filter running so that it removes all of that stuff from the air in this locale. I bet that within more than one or 2 afternoons I will be back to health once again, and things will go back to normal for me and my band playing in the streets. I am scheduled to work on a major air conditioning pump tomorrow with this heating and cooling expert, however if I am feeling as bad as I do this month then it isn’t going to happen. I will see if he can do the job in more than one more afternoon to let me rest up a bit more. The Heating as well as Air Conditioning company where Ed and I work had this schedule a while back with another local supplier who needed to get the work done.
