It had been quite a year at school, and I was glad to be working on my thesis.

The paper was on ways to help with indoor comfort with regard to HVAC systems. Since it is an educational thesis, I decided to base it on a subject I was interested in, the HVAC units. First, I needed to know the different types of heating and cooling systems and the cooling technology integrated into these systems over the years. I started by talking to industry experts, including HVAC contractors who had worked in the industry for years and worked on much cooling equipment. Numerous HVAC brands in the market have slowly become household names. I needed to investigate their rise to the top and what they were doing to ensure that old and new climate control systems helped their customers improve their lives. I found out how learning and training institutions kept changing their curriculum to incorporate the changes in the process involved in HVAC installation, quality AC service, and maintenance. One of the cooling technicians said that different types of systems operate differently. I still needed to get to half of my paper. I was very excited about all I was learning about these systems, especially the electric heat pump and accessories like the thermostat. I also visited the local service provider to understand what customers want. At the end of the thesis, I spoke to many cooling specialists and saw every HVAC business I knew that I almost knew by name. I have given a lot to my paper, and I hope the lecturers feel the same way. I also made friends in the cooling corporation.
