Alexa didn’t know her mother had phoned the HVAC company. She said nothing to her about sticking around the home and waiting for the HVAC worker, or Alexa would not have still been in boxers and t-shirt that she wore to bed. It was only 11 AM, and she worked until midnight. So 11 AM wasn’t too late for her to get out of bed. Alexa heard her little brother inviting someone into the house, and she thought it was one of his friends. She came down the steps and stopped dead. There was an HVAC worker ,and he was staring at her. Alexa’s brother told him now that she was up, he was going to head out with his friends. He walked out of the house and left her sitting there. Alexa apologized and tried to grab her jacket to cover up, however he said there was nothing to apologize for. When the HVAC worker blushed, Alexa knew he was lying. He told her he had never seen anyone look as pretty in boxers as she was. The HVAC worker had looked at her enough to know she was in boxers, and she blushed even harder. Alexa stood there saying nothing until he said her brother let him in. She already knew that, but she said nothing. He said he was there to inspect the a/c unit, and if she could show him where to go, he would check it. She thought little about it, until she remembered about her boxers, and he was walking behind her. Alexa hoped to never see this HVAC worker again.
