Go next level on energy savings

It’s Summer in the south so that means there is plenty of heat & humidity to go around. Actually, I have more than I need so if anyone would like to take all this heat, I’ll make you a legitimate deal. This is just part of the package when you choose to live in this region. I’m from here so I don’t entirely know all that much different… Having never experienced either a northern Summer or a winter time for that matter, I entirely don’t have much to compare our Summer to. All I know is that you’d be well commanded to stay inside the central air conditioner between about 11 in the day til after about 7 in the night. These are the peak heating hours & it’s brutal outside. I drive & old truck that doesn’t have laboring air conditioner. So I avoid having to drive somewhere while in the peak heating hours. Working from property helps a lot. But I still can’t just let the heat pump run wild all Summer or it will cost me a advantage in energy bills, then of course, I do all the basics like seal up the house, pull the drapes & keep nice thermostat discipline. Yet, I go even further than that. For sure, it takes some getting used to in order to labor with the thermostat set at 68 in the Summer. But that’s what the Spring is for. I also don’t use the oven or the stove as much as possible while in the Summer as well. I even hang out the scrub in order not to heat up the house with the clothes dryer. All of this entirely does help me keep a totally sufficient electric bill from June through October.
