This winter time was easily the best winter time that my wife and I have ever experienced together.
It sure helps that my good friend and I moved to the south and left all that severe winter time weather behind us… My friend and I moved down here in September and it felt great outside.
The apartment my good friend and I purchased sits on 14 acres of apartment and it’s been completely renovated. That means my good friend and I have the very latest when it comes to residential Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C. The heat pump is the best and yet, my good friend and I didn’t here it come on buy maybe three time this Winter. That’s how often the heating came on. And even then, it wasn’t anything like cold. I know from cold because I grew up and lived a long time in a locale where a heat pump can’t supply enough heating. So my good friend and I had the best winter time being outside and learning all about our new community. My friend and I also got a lesson in direct sunlight heating early this Spring. Since my good friend and I don’t have any neighbors for the first time ever, my good friend and I left the windows bare to care about the light and the views. Once the temperatures began to rise in May, the a/c seemed to be kicking on an bad lot but it wasn’t in any way scorching outside. It was sizzling but it was spectacular. That first electric bill of the Spring clobbered us and I thought something was wrong with the heat pump. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C professionals checked it all out and the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C unit was fine. That’s when they saw that my good friend and I had all these windows and no drapes or shades. The direct sunlight heating was responsible for our situation.
