Is someone seeing me?

Being online almost always, I start to wonder about somethings.

It seems that there are particular companies that pop up in ads along the side of most pages that I search.

I wonder why that is sporadically. Take automobile ads for instance, I alway see advertisements from the same dealerships even though there are at least ten giant ones in town. I have never bought a car from these sites so I don’t know why they are targeting me on my PC. I wanted to understand this process better so I started learning about web design and online presence when it came to advertising… I learned about a process called Search Engine Optimization, or SEO, that makes all the difference in how often, and by whom, your advertisements are seen, and this process targets unique demographics that may be interested in your goods and services. Companies spend my savings fees to corporations to make sure that their information is seen by the right groups of people. The more that information is seen and submitted to multiple search engines, the more likely you are to see it over and over again. This would also explain why I am seeing the greater companies in the ads, they can afford to spend my savings for these services more than the little guy with a small dealership on the corner. The SEO process is really important in a advertising strategy for any supplier that wants to be successful. People rely heavily on the internet when looking for goods and services. Even though I get infuriated at seeing the same ads over and over, at least I understand the process better and don’t wonder if someone is seeing my every move anymore.
