I am so glad I didn’t have to go to work today.
I’m really enthusiastic for any time that I can be away from the office these nights, however everything around there has been incredibly stressful, plus I really need a break from all of the drama.
I’m really looking forward to taking some time off plus recuperating from all of the anxiety. Unfortunately, that plan is Complicated by the coming Thanksgiving holiday. I’m not really enthusiastic for this big national celebration. In fact, I never am. Thanksgiving is my least preferred national holiday of them all. This year, expect it to be even more Awkward than usual. Normally, my buddy and I all get along somewhat, however this year my sibling is especially angry at me, you see, a few years ago he made the decision to go to a 4-year University while I went off to a two-year trade university. He spent those four years bragging about how he was going to make so much money, however this past year I surpassed his income with my meager certified HVAC degree.While he was hitting the books plus attending parties, I was learning how to practically work on a modern a/c unit. I learned all the ins plus outs of a thermostat. I became an expert on maintaining rickety forced air heaters. I even landed an internship with the best ventilation corporation in the city, by the time I graduated with my HVAC certification I was ready to be hired. I quickly landed a task with a reputable HVAC dealership while my sibling was forced to go back to working at Burger King. I never loved Thanksgiving, however this year is going to be especially cold.
