Problem with my cooling system

Wednesday was my last day of work for the weekend.

I was certainly excited to leave on Thursday for a week of travel. I was going to the beach to hang out with some of my friends. When I got home from work on Wednesday night, there was a problem with my cooling system and it was not working respectfully. I called the service manager as soon as I got home. The first thing that he said to me was a comment about changing the air filter frequently. I told the guy that I was changing the air filter every month. The service guy knew that I had to leave for a flight at 2:00 in the afternoon and he promised to get the cooling system fixed first thing in the day on Thursday. I thought that first thing in the day would mean 8:00 or 9:00 however the guy did not arrive until almost noon and after that I was getting ready to leave for the airport. I was certainly frustrated and aggravated because I wanted to be there when the cooling system was fixed. I wanted to make sure that the component was toiling before I left for a week. The service guy called me when the cooling system was fixed and he even took a picture of my locked door. I feel that was the best that I could hope to get from the guy. He was late, although he did his best to make sure that I was happy with the cooling system repair that I received.
