Before Summer started last year, Jenna had her air conditioning unit inspected and the Heating and Air Conditioning professional did several repairs.
She told Jenna she would need a new air conditioning unit before this summer.
The AC unit worked well all summer, but Jenna was always waiting for something to go wrong. During the winter, she was looking into every sale the Heating and Air Conditioning unit posted. Jenna was hoping to find a new air conditioning unit before it was time to have the old AC unit replaced. Earlier this year, she phoned the Heating plus Air Conditioning company and asked them if they had some leftover air conditioning units. They sent an Heating and Air Conditioning professional to Jenna’s beach house to measure it, so she could get the right tonnage. After she got all their prices, the Heating and Air Conditioning professional came to the beach house and looked at our air conditioning unit. She looked at Jenna oddly and asked if she was sure she wanted to replace the air conditioning unit. She said there was nothing wrong with this one. Jenna frowned and looked at her shocked. Are you sure the air conditioning unit is okay? The Heating and Air Conditioning supplier wanted to know who told her it wasn’t. Jenna explained it was one of their Heating and Air Conditioning professionals. She pulled out the paperwork and handed it to her. The HVAC professional groaned and asked if she could make a copy of the paperwork. The owners of the Heating and Air Conditioning business phoned Jenna about an hour later. They explained to her that the person who had checked her air conditioning unit was no longer with their business.
