Business trips can be quite interesting.
I am so grateful to have an amazing task.
The only downside to my task is that I have to make a lot of company trips out of town and sometimes even across the globe. It’s not that I don’t like traveling, it’s just that I don’t like being away from my family for extended periods of time. I have three little ones, and being away from them is hard especially because my youngest is still nursing. Regardless, number one trips to take are the ones that I get to travel out of the country for, usually, these trips are really enjoyable, and sometimes, I even get a opportunity to sight see while there. The last trip I went on however was not unquestionably enjoyable. The main reason is because it was drastically hot, and my hotel room didn’t have any a/c. My room was supposed to have a/c, however it really was not laboring correctly. I asked if I could be switched to a different room because it was so sizzling in my room and the A/C wasn’t laboring, however they told me that literally all of the rooms were full. Finally the second night that I was there, they sent an Heating and Air Conditioning worker to try and repair my room’s a/c. They were not able to repair the problem, however luckyly, a room opened up on the same floor as the one I was staying in, and I was able to switch to a room with A/C for the last night of my stay. Although I usually like traveling to and seeing new locales, that trip was really an exception.
