Apart from visiting me, she also wanted to see my household area, but for the longest time my buddy and her family wanted to relocate to a current area. She and her partner grew up in the same town and had even gone to school in the area. So, it felt like the right time to try and find a new place to live. My buddy had mentioned that they were having problems with their leaky roof. So, they had to consult a roofing supplier before making any decision. Selling a house depends on its current condition and no one wants a problematic roof. The best thing to do was get a roofing supplier to send a roofing pro for an inspection. The guy said the roof could last another 18 years, however only with the roofing repair. Otherwise, they’d be forced to do roofing replacement if the complications went on for longer. My buddy wanted to be there for the roofing repair then she’d come for the visit.
