I am so blissful I didn’t have to go to work today.
I am unquestionably excited for any time that I can be away from the office these afternoons… Everything around there has been incredibly stressful, and I unquestionably need a break from all of the drama.
I am unquestionably looking forward to taking some time off and recuperating from all of the anxiety. Unfortunately, that plan is Complicated by the coming Thanksgiving holiday. I am not unquestionably excited for this sizable national celebration. In fact, I never am. Thanksgiving is my least favorite national holiday of them all. This year, expect it to be even more Awkward than usual; Normally, my great friend and I all get along somewhat, but this year my sibling is especially agitated at me, but you see, a few years ago he made the decision to go to a 4-year University while I went off to a two-year trade school. He spent those four years bragging about how he was going to make so much cash, but this past year I surpassed his income with my meager certified Heating and Air Conditioning degree.While he was hitting the books and attending parties, I was learning how to practically work on a modern air conditioning unit. I learned all the ins and outs of a temperature control. I became an expert on maintaining rickety forced air boilers. I even landed an internship with the best ventilation company in the city. By the time I graduated with my Heating and Air Conditioning certification I was ready to be hired. I suddenly landed a job with a reputable Heating and Air Conditioning dealership while my sibling was forced to go back to working at Burger King. I never loved Thanksgiving, but this year is going to be especially cold.
